Very positive experience. Upon arrival, reception quickly stored my bags, kept them in a secure location, and gave me a receipt. They were returned to me safely today.

5 Stars and First Class! Ihad a 36 hour layover last week, and this was the first time I had used this location. I won't say where, out of respect for the property, and the fact that they will not accept 'walk-ins'. You have to book on Bounce. The property is extremely well lit, very clean, and secure. I used rideshare at peak time from/to LAS and I think trips only (not including tip) were $13 and $14. If you walk four blocks West, you're on the strip and can take the DEUCE. There is a bus stop across the street and that bus stops at Las Vegas Boulevard. There is an area in front of the entrance to park, unload, your gear, and go in and handle your business. If you rideshare to the location, that is also where you enter double doors (they are translucent glass, the staff will see you and open the sliding doors). If you rideshare, I do not recommend that you have your driver wait. This might be a place where, at certain times of day, there are a lot of people in line to stay or leave. 😉! If that were the case, you could lose your ride or incur more fare. When I checked my bag in, a very polite, well-spoken young lady processed my code like that's all she did every day. Fast. Efficient. Professional. When I checked out, another equally polite and well-spoken young lady retrieved my bag. She showed a genuine interest in my thoughts on how the 'bounce experience' had been at this location. I'm not sure if she was a manager, but either way, that's customer service above and beyond. You just don't get that anymore.

Easy process, great for those on very early arrival or late departing flights. Opportunity have tags auto update into the app to make sure you do not lose or misplace the stickers.

Great experience! Had a super long layover in Vegas and was able to drop off two bags safely for the day (one with a Mac in it) for only $14 for the day. Everyone here is so friendly too!
