Easy, fast, flexible, and very good service. The luggage was fully loaded, and it's located right across from the start of the Las Vegas Strip at the Holiday Inn Express on Via Tropicana.

I needed to leave my Airbnb at 11:00 AM and my flighr was at 11:30 PM, i had a lot of suitcases and didn't know what to do, i found Bounce online and it was a lifesaver. The process to pay for the storage, the drop off to their site and the pickup, was so simple and fast. I am really grateful with you guys. We had a red-eye flight and early check out so needed a place to keep our luggage for the day. It's right off the strip and by the airport so it worked out perfectly. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. Felt very comfortable leaving all our luggage there.

Your luggage storage service is one of a kind and we couldn’t have asked for more. Although everybody and everything can always use some type of improvement some how or another. Creating a profile and adding our personal info was easy and seemed secure. Finding a nearby location was easy. The 3 young ladies working at the Holiday Inn on Tropicana Drive in Vegas on 3/22/2026 were amazing and kind and amazing . Drop off and pick up went smooth. Constructive criticism: I would like to make a recommendation on having rope lock chains of some sort to lock up our items and only the owner dropping off key have the key to open and close the lock. Why do I have to tip? I didn’t expect to get a message from bounce about giving the store a tip. I know it’s optional but one feels obligates at the moment. Now that’s frustrating.. Other than that all went wonderful! We will use this service again and recommend it to family and friends!

Cody, thank you for your wonderful service. Your company and partnerships fill a much needed void during travel. I was a real bind today. While on vacation, my wife was in an accident during an adventure tour. She spent a couple of days in the hospital and would need wheel chair assistance to fly home. I was tasked to check out the hotel with both our luggage and carry-ons. Then pick her up from the hospital and head to the airport. The hotel informed me that they didn't have bell service during the week and they couldn't hold my luggage. Needless to say I was at my wits in. I googled luggage storage near me and Bounce was the first option. Booking was seamless and the available partnerships helped me plan the most efficient route to get my wife and luggage to the airport. Turned a possible nightmare scenario into a positive experience.

First time using the service. Had several hours to kill before our flight. Used Bounse to store our luggage so we didn't have to lug it around. We were able to enjoy some last minute sights before our flight.

Quick and easy drop off. Drop off took 5min. Picking up took less than 2 min and the staff helped me load all my stuff into the uber. Highly recommend, close to the airport and transport to the Las Vegas Strip.

Great service in LV for a stopover.. We used Holiday Inn Express, not guests, no stay over, the staff was great, let us use the restrooms and they set up a cab for us on departure. Easy peavey mart.
