Excellent service; it was easy to leave our luggage safely stored while we enjoyed Las Vegas while we waited for hotel check-in. I booked my check-out for 4 pm and checked out early without any problems. 100% recommended.

My experience went well because when I found the location, I realized I had been there in the past for other reasons. Therefore, everything went well. The location is very clean. The employees are proper. Great customer service. As long as your confirmation number matches what is in their system, and your payment goes through, you should be good to go. Also, when you book your reservation, make sure to check your email shortly after. Either take a screen shot of the page, or print it out. The other way is through the app; and that I didn't use. I used the website directly online from a regular computer. In conclusion, excellent service. I got to run my errands with no carry-on.

Super easy - left our bags there for a few hours before our flights. Super close to the airport, was a $10 Uber or something like that to the flight terminal. Staff was friendly and our bags were safe - was great to leave them and not have to walk around with them!

This particular store/drop off location is conveniently located near Allegiant Stadium (10 minute walk or so) and the staff member who assisted us was very kind and helpful. I'd never used Bounce before so was kind of nervous to be honest, but we dropped off and picked up our bags with no issue. I would happily use this service again if I ever needed to as my first experience was a great one!

Appreciate how easy it is to book, the price, and the level of convenience it offers when you are burdened with luggage in the city. Knocked off a star because it took us an hour to find and no one had any idea what we were talking about. There was no indication on the reservation as to where the drop-off location was and no signage. Turned out to be a phone case store that just held it behind a counter. Would still do it again but more info would have saved us a lot of time.

Was great having a place to drop our bags while waiting to catch our flight out of Vegas. Only thing I would recommend is to provide the name of the store where we should drop our bags, we spent a lot of time searching for the store number but not every business had an easily identifiable number so took us a bit longer to figure out where to go. The actual location that helped us with our bags was great and the person was very nice. Overall would definitely use again now that we know where to go.
