Was able to safely leave my luggage here while I enjoyed Las Vegas before my late afternoon departure. It would have been easier if I had downloaded the app first and then made my reservation rather than making a reservation on my laptop and then trying to show my confirmation on my smartphone. There were extra steps to find the QR code and confirmation number through email. The app would have been much easier.

Service was awesome! Our luggage was kept safe while we walked around. Staff is very friendly and cool store to shop for different kind of jerky.

I've never met such an easy-going and delightful staff who was not only helpful to hold my bags, but one of the best selections of beef, fish, whatever the hell you want jerky in the world!
