Super friendly staff, quick, uncomplicated, and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving my suitcase there. I should also mention that the store is also really cool if you like beer, with a huge selection and competent advice.

This is a very convenient luggage storage facility for less than €7 per day for a medium-sized suitcase (it's the same price whether you leave your luggage for 3 or 7 hours). On site, you scan a QR code that redirects you to the Bounce website or the Bounce app, and you can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, etc. You then show the staff member the QR code, who will give you a small receipt with a number (don't lose it) to give again when you go to collect your luggage. The luggage storage facility is located in a beer shop (Bierothek), which isn't easy to find. These are not separate storage facilities. This shop is located under the arcades near one of the entrances to the shopping mall and a pharmacy. I was very well received by the staff member.

Good service, easy access to the shop where you can store the bags. Actually it is a licker shop :) but they provide this service to store the bags in their second floor. It was really hard for the employee to take the bag on stairs to the second floor. I wish if there could be a dedicated space easier at the same level or with elevator. Don’t forget to make booking online before you go, although I did it while I was at the shop in few minutes. Anyway it is a great service that is needed close to Metro station. I wish if the working hours can be extended more than 8pm, and if the service is provided in a. Dedicated shop.

The only problem is that the sign is small and no one in the area knows where it is.

Easy to find, just hidden in an arcade our of view from the Schlossplatz. Bags were taken were taken upstairs above the store.

Great service with friendly staff. I will definitely use it next time as well. My advice to find the blue sign on the ground as I was looking high up for the storage name.

Very nice and fast service. Simply hand your suitcase/bags over at the cash desk, show the QR code from the app -> then you get a small card with the pickup number on it, show the card when you pick it up and the suitcases will be brought to you.

Great experience, easy and fast to book a storage ( the process takes less than a minute). Also you can pay with Apple Pay. The location is central and popular (Schlossplatz). But It would be greater if the fees were more affordable.

Good service, a little expensive

A great service. You are easily controlled via the app, given the address of the drop-off point and can leave your luggage there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Collection and payment by credit card is easy. I would happily use this again. The only small disadvantage: delivery and collection depends on the opening times of the company.
