I found it right away after leaving the station, crossing the road, and entering the building across the street. There were several other customers waiting for their laundry both when I dropped it off and when I picked it up, so I had to wait in line. It was only a short wait, but those in a hurry should be aware of this. The interaction was smooth, and they were kind enough to tell me the shop's closing time.
