Drop off and pick up were fine once we found the location. It was also a bit strange leaving our bags in a laundry/dry cleaners as there was nothing to indicate they were part of bounce. All in all efficient service though, we just felt that the the postal address given was confusing especially with the ongoing work at the station. If the address had the business name with it this would have helped as once booked it wasnt in the confirmation email.

They were a great help. The lady who received my items was very friendly, and even let me charge my phone for a while.

Easy to find this dry cleaners. Staff lovely, easy process. I set my own alarm for 6:30pm to remind me to get to shop before it closed at 7pm. I was sent an email from Bounce at the same time reminding me of closing time. Great service.
