The place is very good, located inside the train station. The only problem I had with a Bounce app, it didn’t work, and I spent about two hours sorting out the problem with opening a code needed for using the store.

Once we made the booking through the Bounce app prior to us arriving at the location, it was easy. We located the drop off address on Google maps and once we arrived at the Cafe Piazzale Carlo Rosselli 6, at the Siena Station, Italy, we waited in the short line at the cash counter and shared the QR code with the kind lady there who immediately took our luggage to their storage and provided us with a locker number. Excellent service at a good price. Thank you.

Check-in was easy, the staff was very friendly, the prices were fair, and they close at 8 p.m., so you have plenty of time to explore the city without rushing. It's a coffee shop and I didn't think I saw any signs about baggage claim, but chatgpt can help you find it if you ask for a photo. Avoid the small shop inside the terminal; they charge a bit more and I didn't trust it very much. Good luck...

This was a great place to store luggage. It was easy since it was right in the train station. I was looking for the name of the cafe at the time we arrived and couldn't find it, but it was the only cafe in the actual train building, not the mall across from the train building and guessed we were at the right place. We were. They held our luggage for about 5 hours and it was no problem.

The service was super fast, right at Siena Central Station. We only had to wait for two people in front of us to be served because the place is a cafe. The staff was super friendly, and they took good care of our bags. We left one large suitcase and two large backpacks for 20 euros, all day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommended.

Finding where to go and what to do was a little unclear; slightly overwhelming inside a bustling train station cafe. Just know the line where you order coffees/pastries is the same as where you scan your Bounce QR code. Also, avoid the next door convenient store that says “BAG STORAGE” above the entrance. It isn’t affiliated with Bounce and they’ll tell you to go over to the cafe. Not a bad experience overall, just could’ve been more efficient. Bags were returned quickly and seemingly in the same condition as how they were dropped. Very convenient if you want to explore Siena baggage-free after getting there by train.

I have never used a service such as this and was a bit skeptical about leaving our belongings at a business unrelated to luggage storage, but it was quite simple and our luggage was promptly stored in a secured space. This business was conveniently within the train station and only a very short walk to the bus stop. Our experience couldn't have been better.
