Luggage storage Siena Train Station Area

The Bounce location was easy to find, in fact inside the railway station, and very clean. The people were friendly, good-humored, and efficient. Drop-off and pick-up were simple with the QR code. We even received an automatic notice by email before the end of our prepaid time. The location is also a food and drink bar, so don't forget to reclaim your bags and check out before you order the juice, sandwich, and pastry.

We have now used Bounce in 3 cities, live the service and have had no issues at all!

Very easy, and couldn’t be more convenient. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Coffee shop is just to the right of the main lobby as you exit the trains. Escalator to the old city is just about 50m to the east. Enter the glass structure and head down.

The place is very good, located inside the train station. The only problem I had with a Bounce app, it didn’t work, and I spent about two hours sorting out the problem with opening a code needed for using the store.

Once we made the booking through the Bounce app prior to us arriving at the location, it was easy. We located the drop off address on Google maps and once we arrived at the Cafe Piazzale Carlo Rosselli 6, at the Siena Station, Italy, we waited in the short line at the cash counter and shared the QR code with the kind lady there who immediately took our luggage to their storage and provided us with a locker number. Excellent service at a good price. Thank you.

Check-in was easy, the staff were very friendly, the price was fair, and they close at 8 pm, so you have plenty of time to explore the city at your leisure. It's a shop/café, and I didn't see any sign about luggage storage, but chatgpt can help you find it if you ask for a photo. Avoid the small shop inside the terminal; they charge a bit more, and I didn't trust them much. Good luck...

This was a great place to store luggage. It was easy since it was right in the train station. I was looking for the name of the cafe at the time we arrived and couldn't find it, but it was the only cafe in the actual train building, not the mall across from the train building and guessed we were at the right place. We were. They held our luggage for about 5 hours and it was no problem.

The service was super fast, right at Siena Central Station. We only had to wait for two people in front of us to be served because the place is a cafe. The staff was super friendly, and they took good care of our bags. We left one large suitcase and two large backpacks for 20 euros, all day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommended.

I have never used a service such as this and was a bit skeptical about leaving our belongings at a business unrelated to luggage storage, but it was quite simple and our luggage was promptly stored in a secured space. This business was conveniently within the train station and only a very short walk to the bus stop. Our experience couldn't have been better.
