  • The Bounce location was easy to find, in fact inside the railway station, and very clean. The people were friendly, good-humored, and efficient. Drop-off and pick-up were simple with the QR code. We even received an automatic notice by email before the end of our prepaid time. The location is also a food and drink bar, so don't forget to reclaim your bags and check out before you order the juice, sandwich, and pastry.

  • A bit difficult to find it, there where no signs etc, we asked the bar and told us, but the staff was helpful.

  • Very easy, and couldn’t be more convenient. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Coffee shop is just to the right of the main lobby as you exit the trains. Escalator to the old city is just about 50m to the east. Enter the glass structure and head down.

  • Wish I had more instructions on getting to the location. Google map provided a more round about way and with senior parents it was a long time before we found our way to the shop. Other than that appreciate the shop as it offered a way for us to enjoy a quick visit of Siena. Would recommend it to friends!
