Excellent. They store our luggage in an orderly and secure manner. The man and woman who work between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. treated us wonderfully. We had to wait for the bus, so after collecting our luggage, they let us stay in the lounge without any problems. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. The store employee didn't quite understand the system, but he immediately asked someone else, and it was quickly resolved. Very friendly. Perfectly located for walking around central York.

Our luggage storage went as planned. The staff were very friendly.

I never knew this Service existed. Of checking it out at the hotel wasn’t until 4 pm and we arrived at 10:30 am It was so easy to work. The staff was so lovely and helpful. Such an easy process. It is a little expensive but definitely worth it.

The clerk was kind and helpful. The shop is located between the train station and the center, convenient for those traveling by train with luggage.

We highly recommend this location to store your luggage. Hayley and the team are incredibly kind and accommodating. It was an easy hassle free experience, if needed to we could access our luggage easily throughout the day. We even left our shopping bags with Hayley while we went to dinner. Thanks again so much for a great experience! Nat and Dan ☺️

The guys in the store were very welcoming and helpful, and knew what they were doing so we entrusted our belongings to them for the day while we explored the city and collected them later with no bother for our journey home. Quick, easy and absolutely hassle free - would highly recommend!
