- Was easy to find. A little hard to access, but there is an elevator and the gentleman helped with our bags. He was incredibly helpful and kind. We came from an overnight flight and needed to quickly get to a walk we had booked. Made it with his help.

- Excellent. Initially, there was no more space available for me to put my luggage at the chosen hostel because I arrived late for the time I had previously booked. I was then directed to another nearby location (Guarderia Surf Club store in Ipanema) where the reception was excellent.

- I didn't know them, it was a huge leap of faith. They have long hours and the staff is incredibly helpful. You book online and receive a QR code for confirmation; they take a picture of your luggage and then return it to you in perfect condition.

- Very easy to drop off luggage with the bounce app. They take a picture of the luggage and it’s on the app. Easy to retrieve to, you only need to show QR code. It is in the back storage of a coffee shop. We retrieved our luggage safely without any issues or damage! Would definitely recommend! We stored our luggage for 5 days!

- The location was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly. We had a lot of bags and they accommodated all of them with no problem. We left our luggage before our flight so we could sightsee, then came back and ate at the café—the food and drinks were amazing. We’ll definitely use them again when we return!
