Everything was great. The service was excellent. The only suggestion I’d make is to mention that the location is on the second floor, as it can be a little difficult to find otherwise. Please disregard this comment if that information was already included in the description and I simply missed it!

Great experience. I'm Brazilian, this is my 3rd time in Rio, and the 1st time I've used a space to store my luggage. I had another experience in a place near Maracanã and, although everything went well, I felt very unsafe (and it was expensive). At Cris Borriello, I approved of the security (in a building with a doorman, and the apartment had an electronic lock and monitoring/cameras) and the welcoming atmosphere.

The location was easy to find; I left my bags and retrieved them without any problems.

I highly recommend it, it's right on the beach, has a place to change clothes and a restaurant.

The delivery was careful, meaning there is security in the delivery of the suitcases.

Excellent service and experience; we were very well taken care of and even received some recommendations for places to visit. Definitely an excellent option for leaving your luggage safely.
