Our luggage was stored completely securely (locked and monitored). The staff who assisted us were incredibly friendly.

Everything went well. At first I thought it was a bit strange to leave things in a bike rack, but it was easy and reliable, I would use it again.

The location is perfect. It's a bike rental shop. The staff, two girls, were very friendly. They secured our suitcase and backpack with zip ties. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Bounce, and Marina was simply amazing! She was super friendly, helpful, and very professional from the moment I arrived. She made the whole process of storing my luggage quick, easy, and worry-free. Marina went above and beyond to ensure everything was well taken care of and that I felt comfortable leaving my bags there. Her service and friendliness truly made all the difference. Bounce is very lucky to have someone like Marina on the team. I would definitely use the service again and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a safe and convenient place to store their luggage.

This location was amazing! They went above and beyond, we were running late and they gladly stayed a little longer in order for us to get our luggage on time. We felt that our things were secured the whole time!
