It was fine and we could use the bathroom. However bags do not get a tag or number. Just put them in a room and choose your own bags when you pick them up. There is no check on which bags you take out. But it worked out fine.

Wonderful and very helpful

reliable service and kind people in the store. They had zipped the bags infront of us and unzipped them again when we came to pick it up. We had a nice chat afterwards and will come back if we need it again

Drop-off was very easy. As others have noted, it’s on the first floor of the mall straight back, but be mindful that you have to carry the bags up a tight staircase with low ceilings once you’re in the shop. Not a big deal, but something to note if you have mobility issues. Pickup was concerning as the store was closed when I returned (at least an hour and a half before it was supposed to close and 15 minutes before my pickup time in the app). Thankfully, I was able to track down a security guard in the mall who contacted the owner and got access with a spare key. Overall, I got my stuff back, but I highly recommend confirming the pickup time with the employees at the store since the hours did not match the app.

Has stairs that you’ll need to navigate once you’re there - the stairs are tight, so heavy luggage is a challenge. Doable, though! Otherwise, very easy.
