Was easy to find. A little hard to access, but there is an elevator and the gentleman helped with our bags. He was incredibly helpful and kind. We came from an overnight flight and needed to quickly get to a walk we had booked. Made it with his help.

Excellent. Initially, there was no more space available for me to put my luggage at the chosen hostel because I arrived late for the time I had previously booked. I was then directed to another nearby location (Guarderia Surf Club store in Ipanema) where the reception was excellent.

We received excellent service there, highly recommended, the girl was fantastic!!

Friendly staff, was able to wait on their lobby until my bus time, if you want to take a shower, they have bathroom and towels available for a little extra charge.

Dropping off my bags at the hostel was super quick and easy. Friendly service and a safe location.

Woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful! Would be nice if they had additional security because all bags are sort of stuffed in a closet with no tags.

Drop-off was very easy. As others have noted, it’s on the first floor of the mall straight back, but be mindful that you have to carry the bags up a tight staircase with low ceilings once you’re in the shop. Not a big deal, but something to note if you have mobility issues. Pickup was concerning as the store was closed when I returned (at least an hour and a half before it was supposed to close and 15 minutes before my pickup time in the app). Thankfully, I was able to track down a security guard in the mall who contacted the owner and got access with a spare key. Overall, I got my stuff back, but I highly recommend confirming the pickup time with the employees at the store since the hours did not match the app.

Has stairs that you’ll need to navigate once you’re there - the stairs are tight, so heavy luggage is a challenge. Doable, though! Otherwise, very easy.

The drop-off process is straightforward, but it's important to note that you'll need to carry your suitcase up stairs inside the store. The app indicated the delivery as complete even though we hadn't yet collected the suitcases.
