Very useful. This was our first time using AirBnb. The baggage claim is located in a cafe, and you leave your luggage with the staff using a QR code from the app. They store your luggage in a locked room in the back. Communication is very efficient; the staff immediately knows what's going on and prepares to scan it. They take photos of each suitcase, so you can easily tell which bags belong to whom. The photos are linked to your reservation in the app. Overall, it's a great service, and we'll gladly use it again in the future. I recommend it.

Staff was very friendly, easy drop off and pick up process. Luggage is locked away in a small room with their cafe supplies.

Communication went well at the cafe. There was a bit of a wait time as the storage space was small, and the luggage was stored with their cafe products. They offered us time to change but the restroom was very small and had a wet floor which made changing a bit difficult to navigate. Overall, my luggage was safely stored until I arrived back a couple of hours later.
