After a minor hiccup with Bounce cancelling the reservation in error, I was able to book for 3 bags the day before and get an early booking discount. The process to drop off and pickup were smooth. I showed the booking QR code and they scanned and took my bags to a secure location. Each bag was tagged with a number that was then photoed in the app. It was good from start to finish.

Communication with the staff was impeccable and the service was smooth. No complaints.

Excellent! We dropped them off at 10 am after finishing our stay at the hotel. We spent the day at the beach and picked them up at 5 pm without any problems. I really recommend it; it's a great café (if you're from Argentina, you'll know the security you get from a street-level establishment and not just any old place).

I didn't know them, it was a huge leap of faith. They have long hours and the staff is incredibly helpful. You book online and receive a QR code for confirmation; they take a picture of your luggage and then return it to you in perfect condition.

The staff were attentive, but we didn't have visibility into how our luggage was stored (I don't know if this is standard practice for the Bounce platform, as it was my first time using it). Overall, the experience was quite satisfactory.
