The shop opened on time and drop off and pick up was efficient and pleasant.

We had a few hours before heading back to the airport after checking out of our accommodation. Finding a Bounce storage provider right where we were headed was fantastic. Such a great experience, It was easy and seamless. We booked last minute, dropped off our bags, had friendly service at the Salamanca Newsagent (Bounce storage provider). Had breakfast, wandered the galleries and back to pick up our bags. Great service! thank you

It is easy to locate the Bounce luggage storage. The person in charge is friendly and approachable. We just show him the booking numbers and that's it ... all done in less than 5 mins. Retrieving the luggage is a breeze too. Highly recommended.
