Very friendly and helpful staff. Even when we rung back up to say our transport may have got delayed, they were happy to accommodate! Thank you for your service.

They let us keep our bags there until 4pm which was really helpful as I thought we would need to pick them up by 2pm. The guy working there was not very personable though, it seemed like we were inconveniencing him but using the service. Very convenient location though.

This is a very easy process and useful when you are in stuck in the city with your luggage. My only criticism is that person who gave me my bags didn't tell me that I had to check them out online and now I am getting emails telling me to confirm that i have picked up my bags and also emails that you can unsubscribe from.
