Location is correct but needs to be pin pointed better (shows behind the building). Staff are lovely and welcoming. Dropping off was great but they didn’t scan me out to verify that I picked up. Overall, good location nearby city centre.

Everything went well. Everything is well organized. Ideal place to drop off your luggage if you want to visit Château des Ducs de Bretagne. It is literally a stone's throw away... I recommend it.

I noticed that my bags remained behind the reception desk when I returned to pick them up later in the evening. I dropped them mid afternoon. They were not properly stored in the luggage room. So, that made me feel a bit like my bags were an afterthought and were not put away in a secure space. I am not sure if it is because the BOUNCE luggage storage service is being operated out of a hotel and by the reception desk and they wanted to keep my bags separate from hotel guests or they just left it out in the open without thinking. I was fine and my bags seemed okay but I didn’t feel secure or comfortable when I picked them up. Just something the staff should be aware of for next time. Otherwise, the exchange with the staff was friendly and helpful.

The store is located in a small designer store. The welcome is very friendly, and pickup and drop-off are easy. It's super convenient.

The retrieval process left me a little confused, as I had to move the various suitcases to retrieve mine, rather than asking an employee. Also, there was no verification that the suitcase I was retrieving was actually mine, which isn't very secure. Otherwise, the experience was pleasant and convenient.
