The location of the Vistula Lounge is perfect for travellers leaving Krakow, especially if they have a late night flight. This is the first time using this service and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff were courteous and friendly, all it a great price. The lounge is quiet, comfortable and a very relaxing place to rest up before the next leg of your journey. 10/10 from me.

Location was great - very convenient. Drop off was easy - quick with the app. I felt my bags were secure. The shop keeper was friendly. One thing - the sign for the baggage storage service was not at the front of the shop but on the shop door in the alley - so the google map kept indicating I was the right address but I did not see a sign for Bounce. It would be good to put the sign on the window on the street. Plus the alley is between two streets but only open at one end - both street addresses are given but one street is not accessible so at first it appeared there was no longer service - I only discovered the other entrance when I went to the second address. I hope this is helpful. Thank you.

Super easy never used it before or been to Poland. Took me 2 minutes to drop the bags off. All good

Strategic location and super peace of mind to leave your luggage in good hands.

Using the directions given by google maps, we ended up on top of a multi story carpark, we did find the Vistula lounge eventually once we had read the written directions and it was an easy drop off and collection, no issues with that part at all.

Easy to find and staff were really helpful in getting our bags. Very close to the main train station and had no queue!

Good directions through the Krakow train station to the drop off location. Dead easy drop off and pickup. Really nice young bloke who did both these for us. Really can’t fault it.

Easy to drop off - it was the icream shop on the corner. A sign in the window would be a good idea to help Payton’s the location.

It's very well located and the staff are very friendly and helpful; I would definitely use their reception again to leave my luggage.
