  • There was one issue with the drop off. The name of the location is not in the detailed instructions so I puzzled for a while as to where I should go, before checking back on the page before. It would be really helpful to add that.

  • Just around the corner from our accommodation. It was so easy to drop off our luggage leaving us free to enjoy our last day in lovely Krakow. Then we jumped out of an Uber picked up our luggage and straight into the shuttle bus to the airport. For two elderly travellers it was hassle free and easy. Thank you.

  • Perfect location on the edge of Old Krakow, also near the railway station. Using the app was straightforward to book and drop off our luggage for the day. We didn't have to carry our luggage around after checking out from our accommodation in the morning. We could enjoy our last few hours in Krakow without worrying about our luggage. It was very professionally managed by the front desk staff. Would recommend the 5* service.
