Location was easy enough to find and the girl in the lounge was very helpful and friendly. Bags felt safe and was easy to drop off and collect.

The Bounce Luggage Storage was brilliant. It was easy to find and put in our luggage for the night. It is open 24hrs (not that we got there late or picked it up super early.) I felt that our luggage was very safe and secure. A great idea - would definitely recommend using Bounce.

Super thanks a lot

Perfect location on the edge of Old Krakow, also near the railway station. Using the app was straightforward to book and drop off our luggage for the day. We didn't have to carry our luggage around after checking out from our accommodation in the morning. We could enjoy our last few hours in Krakow without worrying about our luggage. It was very professionally managed by the front desk staff. Would recommend the 5* service.

It's a good service especially on a Sunday when all the other cheaper options (much cheaper) at the train station are closed or full.

An interesting place, where you can safely leave your luggage and enjoy a beer and a snack. I recommend going down to the basement. It has a great railway atmosphere, various "gadgets" from years past, and cool photos of steam locomotives. The only thing missing is the steam and the smell of home emanating from their chimneys...

The bartender was wonderful: he was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the very first moment, always smiling and helpful with our questions about the city. We also had lunch there and enjoyed it so much that we went back for dinner! ;)

We had a slight hiccup with a short delay while getting our suitcase. However, the guys from the staff did everything possible to ensure we got our luggage on time and made our train. Great location and awesome staff! Thank you!
