Very convenient location in the center of Krakow. Simple and fast service system. Perhaps the only difficulty was the lack of information that the luggage storage was handled by the staff of the ice cream bar.

Finding it was a bit tricky because the point name wasn't listed in bold. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

The location of the Vistula Lounge is perfect for travellers leaving Krakow, especially if they have a late night flight. This is the first time using this service and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff were courteous and friendly, all it a great price. The lounge is quiet, comfortable and a very relaxing place to rest up before the next leg of your journey. 10/10 from me.

Using the directions given by google maps, we ended up on top of a multi story carpark, we did find the Vistula lounge eventually once we had read the written directions and it was an easy drop off and collection, no issues with that part at all.

Good directions through the Krakow train station to the drop off location. Dead easy drop off and pickup. Really nice young bloke who did both these for us. Really can’t fault it.

Luggage is kept in a closed separate room during the day and the place is not crowded, basically a place to rest or be in silence during or after travel... Recommended.
