Everything was great, clear instructions and easy to drop off the luggage.

Staff were lovely and friendly. We left suitcases, backpacks and coats as our flight was a very late one. Picked them up just before they closed at 19.30 and headed straight to the airport.

I’d recommend any locations that are on the Bounce App display a clear sign in the window as the address took us to the shop a couple of doors down and I would have never expected the secure location to be an Ice-Cream shop ! However, very easy to use app and very well priced, and the actual shop were very helpful 👍

Great location near the Old Town. A great solution if you need to check out of the hotel in the morning and have a late evening flight. Both the luggage drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. I have no complaints about the safety of my luggage. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely use their luggage storage services again.
