Convenient location with great service at a great price. Not only a luggage storage locker, but a relaxing and cosy travellers lounge to rest up, have a coffee and a sit down before continuing your journey. First time using this place, but definitely not the last. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, they made the whole process easy and straight forward. My Polish is limited, but the staff speak excellent English, so that is a big help.

The location was super convenient right near the old town and museums. I signed up for the service very quickly on the app. The shop keeper was very friendly. The price was good value. I am really glad I used this service - it improved the quality of my day for sight seeing. I highly recommend it.

Location was great - very convenient. Drop off was easy - quick with the app. I felt my bags were secure. The shop keeper was friendly. One thing - the sign for the baggage storage service was not at the front of the shop but on the shop door in the alley - so the google map kept indicating I was the right address but I did not see a sign for Bounce. It would be good to put the sign on the window on the street. Plus the alley is between two streets but only open at one end - both street addresses are given but one street is not accessible so at first it appeared there was no longer service - I only discovered the other entrance when I went to the second address. I hope this is helpful. Thank you.
