There was very little space to wait with my suitcase for someone to become available. The place was cramped and crowded. The staff were very busy. But everything went smoothly.

We had never had our luggage held before and we were traveling but our flight was very late and past our checkout time. This was a Perfect, central location that was easy to find. The staff were super kind and helpful.

To store my luggage, very secure and good staff. Not that easy to find, but you have to go the -1 floor in the train station, not in the shopping centre. Look for platform 4 and they're on the right. There's a signal next to the stairs saying Vistula Lounge. Highly recommended !

Great location near the Old Town. A great solution if you need to check out of the hotel in the morning and have a late evening flight. Both the luggage drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. I have no complaints about the safety of my luggage. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely use their luggage storage services again.
