The location is in a tea shop on St. John's Street, one of the oldest shops of its kind in Krakow, if not in Poland. A very convenient place to leave your luggage near the Market Square and explore freely during your day in Krakow or until you check in at your accommodation. One flat fee, regardless of the hours. Payment is made through the Bounce Luggage Store website. And thanks to its tea shop location, it's probably the best-smelling luggage storage place in the world 😀 Friendly service, and you might even learn something along the way. It's also worth stocking up on a good tea blend if you know you can brew something there 🫖 PS. If you're considering using this place again, for example, on the day you leave Krakow, it's worth leaving a luggage tag with a discount code on your luggage. You'll then get a discount – a nominal one, but still something 🪙

It would be easier to locate if there was a Bounce logo on the entry however the overall service was very good. Easy drop off and pick up. Would definitely use the service in the future if required.
