The point is located in the tea shop on St. Jana, one of the oldest stores of this type in Krakow, if not in Poland. A very convenient place to leave your luggage close to the Market Square and explore freely during your day in Krakow or until you check in to your accommodation. One fixed fee, regardless of hours. Payment is due via the Bounce Luggage Store website. And thanks to the tea location, it is probably a luggage storage room with the best smell in the world 😀 Nice staff, you can also learn something along the way. It's also worth getting some good tea blend if you know that where you sleep you can brew something 🫖 PS. If you are considering using this place again, e.g. on the day of departure from Krakow, it is worth leaving a pin with the discount code in your luggage. You will then have a discount - symbolic, but still something 🪙

It would be easier to locate if there was a Bounce logo on the entry however the overall service was very good. Easy drop off and pick up. Would definitely use the service in the future if required.
