Was very easy to use - booked online earlier same morning as wasn’t sure of checkout. The reception fellow was very helpful & carried my bag up to the luggage room. He found my booking printout, I signed it in and was given a slip to hand back on my return a few hours later. Being so close to Kraków Główny station, it’s very convenient. Would definitely use again.

You have to make the reservation and payment online and show it to the store clerks. Fast and convenient.

I couldn't find this place, but there is a sticker on the door of the cafe, I didn't notice it, luckily the restaurant next door gave me directions on how to find the storage room. Everything's ok, thank you!

If you leave your pre-booked bag, the staff will tag it for you. All you have to do is take a tag photo and then show the photo you took. It was simple and good. The staff is also friendly.

Everything was perfect! I sincerely thank the coffee shop staff for their excellent service. My belongings were kept safe and secure. The coffee shop is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the station. Highly recommend!
