Very nice and safe location inside the main train station

There was one issue with the drop off. The name of the location is not in the detailed instructions so I puzzled for a while as to where I should go, before checking back on the page before. It would be really helpful to add that.

Excellent location, easy to find for us tourists, kind, helpful staff.

Easy to find. But you should have an offer to be able to leave the bags for let's say 4hrs or 8hrs.

Perfect location on the edge of Old Krakow, also near the railway station. Using the app was straightforward to book and drop off our luggage for the day. We didn't have to carry our luggage around after checking out from our accommodation in the morning. We could enjoy our last few hours in Krakow without worrying about our luggage. It was very professionally managed by the front desk staff. Would recommend the 5* service.

The location is ideal whether you're staying in the city center or near the station. Everything was very convenient and prompt, both the drop-off and pick-up. We felt safe leaving our luggage there. It's truly ideal if you want to spend the day without your luggage.

Stacja Bosacka is a pizzeria located just north of Park Strzelecki, very close to the main railway station, which offers a luggage storage service through Bounce. The luggage was tagged with a numbered card and stored securely inside the shop. I was very satisfied.

Great, fast and efficient

The location of the storage facility I used was just a few hundred meters from the apartment I was staying in, so it was perfect. The location within the city was perfect, as it's on a main road very close to the station. The luggage delivery and the feeling of security were excellent.

A very convenient place near the train station to temporarily leave your luggage, fast, accessible and inexpensive!

Super easy never used it before or been to Poland. Took me 2 minutes to drop the bags off. All good
