Red Brick itself was fine. I was more surprised by the booking process because I tried to set the time and pickup for the one I wanted, but the website preferred to reserve a drop-off time for the time I made the reservation. I also thought there would be lockers, and with the larger option and a small backpack, I'd be able to leave a small bag there for free. However, the cost was per item.

Everything went smoothly, the friendly lady at the front desk took care of our luggage. Pick-up was quick.

Clearer instructions for Bounce customers. The customer should be aware that the entry to the building is via a locked door and you have to press the buzzer to enter.
