This location was in a café with no signs indicating that it was a Bounce location. The girls working seemed a little confused by the process, but my bag was stored safely and quickly retrieved at pick up time.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the Old Town, which made it easy to drop off my bags and enjoy sightseeing without any hassle. The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and pick-up were quick, and my luggage was kept safe the whole time. Convenient location - close to train station, bus station and Krakow old town. Friendly staff and easy to use system. However there were 4 quite steep steps in order to enter the building, which is quite difficult if you have heavy luggage.
