Great service from. This bag drop location. They were fast and friendly. No issues on drop off or collection. Great for the surrounding area. Would recommend this for anyone using Kazmeirz district or near.

Excellent service dropped our 2 bags/cases off at 10.30am and spent the day exploring krakow then collected them at 3.45pm which was our choice to go to the airport 15e and so easy to do and staff were lovely

Excellent service. Lovely woman who helped us. Its in the shop as it shows on the map, just go to counter and mention Bounce. Download the app in advance and pay as you'll need the QR code. The lady took our bags and sorted it all for us.
