Great location and straightforward

The host was very friendly and happened to sell phone charger and earphones, which was exactly what I needed. He gave me suggestions and showed me a map of Coimbra. Also, most importantly, allowed me to use the toilet.

I was looking for a Left Luggage facility as close as possible to the Rede Express bus terminus, so my wife and I could enjoy a day in Coimbra, The Bounce luggage location was ideal, virtually opposite with a helpful person to assist. My only down side which isn't one now for us and the readers of this review is; We couldn't find it then found Bounce is within the Tarantella restaurant not its own unit, also Google describe it as being in IEFP - Employment Center of Coimbra. Coimbra we found is also a great place to visit and we are going back for a longer stay.

It's not easy to find if you don't know what you're looking for. It's a restaurant that offers luggage storage. There's a very small blue sticker on the door about this service.

LOCATION NOT EXACT, the storage is inside the Tarantella restaurant, just a few meters away, and not inside the IEFP (which is a job center; I made a fool of myself by going there and looking for a place to leave my suitcase...) The restaurant staff were very friendly and fast, available until 10 pm. Recommended!

This was a terrific luggage storage experience near the Coimbra B train station. They were very helpful in orienting us to Bounce and booking the time. And security was really good too!

Near the station

Very easily accessible; able to stop the car (creatively, but on the side of the road) to unload the luggage. One person needs to take the luggage in while another sits in the car though. If you're lucky there is a little bit of street parking also, but we were not lucky. Smooth in and out.

Very easy to use. The address name should be what is on the front of the building because you don’t see Santa Cruz until you are at the door.

Friendly and professional staff

A great spot to drop off your luggage — you can even grab a cup of coffee and breakfast (as we did) before exploring the city.

It was extremely efficient, convenient and our bags were well protected. We will definitely use this place again.

Very easy to pay for the two luggages one carryon and a larger luggage, they charge per item. Location was inside a store in safe and convenient area so close to our stay, and the Bounced App made it all so easy!

The place was great once I found it. But like other reviewers on this site have said, Google Maps takes you to a pet store instead of to this location. To get to this location from the pet store on your right, just keep going toward the older part of the street and it’s on the left side. The store opened right on time, they were very nice and professional, and I felt my bag was safe.

The Café Santa Cruz is a Coimbra classic, we were welcomed very well and, in addition to being able to leave our luggage, we took the opportunity to listen to Fado and taste the Crúzios. Definitely a reference, not only for the strategic position in the center, but also for the friendliness and typicality of this historic bar.

It’s a nice cafe where they take your bags and put them in a closet. There are no markings for Bounce, so you just ask someone who works there. They don’t give you a claim check or anything so you just trust that someone will return your bags to you upon returning.
