Very friendly and attentive people. They explained how the system worked to me. I collected it without any problem. I recommend the system; it's practical and located right in front of the Coimbra Railway Terminal, which is very convenient.

Staff friendly and helpful, and were ready to take my bag. My bag was also put in a secure area.

Excellent experience, but pay attention because the locker’s localisation is not the one showed on google maps, which takes you to a shop, but it’s located in ‘the Cafe Santa Cruz’ just in front of!

The baggage storage is located in the cafe. Just ask.

Excellent! The gentleman was very kind and received our luggage, allowing us to continue our tour of the city. For your reference, it's inside the Santa Cruz café, next to the church.

Kind and practical

The locatjon is NOT as pinned on google maps. It is IN Cafe Santa Cruz which is just next to the Church. I was dragging my luggage around looking for this place and happened to ask the friendly cafe owner to only discover it is there.

Quick and easy to pick up and drop off bags, store is just across the road (next to Honda) from the FlixBus stop, staff is friendly.

Great location and straightforward

The host was very friendly and happened to sell phone charger and earphones, which was exactly what I needed. He gave me suggestions and showed me a map of Coimbra. Also, most importantly, allowed me to use the toilet.

I was looking for a Left Luggage facility as close as possible to the Rede Express bus terminus, so my wife and I could enjoy a day in Coimbra, The Bounce luggage location was ideal, virtually opposite with a helpful person to assist. My only down side which isn't one now for us and the readers of this review is; We couldn't find it then found Bounce is within the Tarantella restaurant not its own unit, also Google describe it as being in IEFP - Employment Center of Coimbra. Coimbra we found is also a great place to visit and we are going back for a longer stay.

It's not easy to find if you don't know what you're looking for. It's a restaurant that offers luggage storage. There's a very small blue sticker on the door about this service.

LOCATION NOT EXACT, the storage is inside the Tarantella restaurant, just a few meters away, and not inside the IEFP (which is a job center; I made a fool of myself by going there and looking for a place to leave my suitcase...) The restaurant staff were very friendly and fast, available until 10 pm. Recommended!

This was a terrific luggage storage experience near the Coimbra B train station. They were very helpful in orienting us to Bounce and booking the time. And security was really good too!
