Easy drop off and pick up. The man gave me a luggage tag and took photos as is usual. Everything went smoothly. Thank you for making my trip to Coimbra smooth and easy!

Very simple to pay online and drop off the bags at the location.

Staff were easy to deal with. Helpful to charge my phone there a little bit. Google maps location is slightly off though once you’ve booked the details are correct

Very easily accessible; able to stop the car (creatively, but on the side of the road) to unload the luggage. One person needs to take the luggage in while another sits in the car though. If you're lucky there is a little bit of street parking also, but we were not lucky. Smooth in and out.

They opened right on time and were friendly and efficient.

We had trouble finding it because we were expecting secure, enclosed luggage storage. It's actually inside a pizzeria/kebab shop! Online booking. They stored our luggage for us. Conveniently located on the sightseeing route! I recommend it.
