Location on the map was off - this is actually at the Cafe just to the right of the cathedral on the main square. First time using Bounce and it was great! It was easy to drop-off and pick-up our bags while exploring Coimbra for the day. Will definitely be using in the future!

Situated in a great location, central to the city, in the old part, I just had to show up at the counter of the cafe/restaurant, mentioning my suitcase and he kept my luggage aside for more than 6 hours without any problem, approved!

The luggage deposit was a breeze, thanks to the prompt and amiable staff.

The waiters put the suitcase in the private office for safety! Very friendly and the location is perfect to then reach the train station or other with a simple bus

Very easy to use. The address name should be what is on the front of the building because you don’t see Santa Cruz until you are at the door.

There should be a sticker or a sing to easily identify the location.

at the store, the experience was very comfortable even though the store person did not have our name on his list. On seeing the confirmation on my cell phone, the person was very welcoming. Left bags in their office and equally easy/ convenient when we picked our bags up.

The bar manager was super helpful. Only note to the service: the map is not updated. The bar is not located where indicated (at least as of August 2023) but it is right next to the church
