We understood that the rail station offered storage, but they informed us that the Queen hotel did. The staff on reception explained how it worked, and even allowed me to come back and place some sun lotion into the bag, without a fuss! Good service, thank you.

Very convenient location as hotel was directly opposite the train station.was able to leave my luggage from 1pm till 5pm.This allowed me to walk around town knowing my bags were safe.Gent on desk duty was pleasant & most helpful. Good service at a reasonable price.

Very convenient luggage storage right opposite Chester train station. Also noted that the hotel was very stylish and definitely worth booking for an overnight stay sometime.

Great experience here, we got to explore chester without carrying our luggage around so it was perfect!

In front of the Railway Station of Chester, it was easy and fast to leave our bags. We were asked to take pictures to make it easier at return. And indeed, showing the picture with our bags and the tags, made the process fast and convenient. The man who helped us was very friendly.

Fab storage just across the road from the station. Trickiest part was getting my suitcase up the stairs but the staff were good and the drop off was easy. The bathroom was also lovely. Highly recommended.

Very good service. We had a coffee and snack before settling out in their beautiful bar. Had a beer on return before crossing the road to the station. So user friendly!
