- Leaving our luggage at this hotel was very easy. Plus, since it's right across from the train station, it was very convenient. I didn't give it 5 stars because I thought it was a bit expensive, especially considering it was only for a few hours. Otherwise, everything was fine.

- In front of the Railway Station of Chester, it was easy and fast to leave our bags. We were asked to take pictures to make it easier at return. And indeed, showing the picture with our bags and the tags, made the process fast and convenient. The man who helped us was very friendly.
