Discover Niagara Falls luggage storage

The location and service were good. However, they leave your bags in a room that's also a hair salon. You don't know if anyone is going in there or not. I expected a more organized space dedicated exclusively to luggage.

The owner was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for safe and convenient luggage storage in the area!

great location and conveniently a bike rental shop when i needed to rent a bike! had a camera watching my stuff the whole time and the bike rental prices were fair.

The process of pick up was quick, but the storage room was open to any person entering the business so it didn’t feel as safe as other places.

Communication with the staff was excellent both on arrival and departure. We received helpful advice on several points to avoid tourist traps and to save money at restaurants (especially on their street). Our luggage was safe and secure. I highly recommend it.

The drop-off and pick up was pretty fast

Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Drop off and pickup were seamless. I would absolutely store my bags here again. He even offered to fill our water bottles free of charge!

Cute, friendly, secure store right on Queen Street, downtown Niagra Falls. Near brew pub, cat cafe, and other cool shops. Walk to the Falls from the store. Great location, closest to Falls. A+!

The drop off was easy. The employee was friendly and helpful. At pick up, the employee was super friendly. We didn't worry about our luggage at all and had a great day. I liked the 30 minute reminder that our time was running out.
