The receptionist/owner is very nice and accommodating. She also suggests local foods and communicates well. Great service and very helpful

The store was open even before 9AM. Smooth experience. And great location if you're taking Megabus ... It's very close to White water Walk. Also, there's a very very cute kitty that curls like a baby when you pick it up in your arms 😻

One of the easiest drop off/pick ups I’ve done!! The staff are lovely, the bag is kept securely behind a locked door and the location is super close to the bus terminal (<10min walk)

This was the first drop off store that was open and it did not disappoint! The kind and welcoming feeling they gave me at my arrival made my day so much better! The total experience of the Niagara Falls grew out to be a awesome story for home, and that for a bag drop off. I don’t know how they do it but the people at the ‘your everything store’ are really one of the most amazing people that I’ve came across on my travel journey. They deserve so much more than 5 stars for me!

So so helpful and friendly. I was a little worried about leaving my bag somewhere as I've previously had one stolen(not with bounce) however the moment I walked in I was greeted with a huge smile. I was exhausted after a terrible day traveling the day before and the gentleman asked if I needed anything and made sure I had water to take with me for the day. After asking me if I'd had breakfast he sent me to eat at a fantastic spot that was very reasonably priced. Honestly probably one of if not the best customer service I'd ever had.

Rafael and his wife were so kind and accommodating. I’d never expect to be so blown away by the care of a Bounce service - but I truly am! Amazing people, even recommended some restaurants that we ate at. Our luggage was safely stored and everything felt secure. Thank you!

Super convenient, really friendly staff - even offered to fill up my water bottle as it was a hot day, less than 10 min walk from the nearest Wego bus stop so convenient for a day at the falls
