Well kept and hidden inside one of the conference rooms or stock room if there is still space. Go to the 13F and once you exit the elevator, there’s an entrance to the ofc. Go inside there. You will also see a small signage that says ‘Bounce’ on the wall post facing the elevator.

Very convenient and has a good location. Could be better if there is signage outside the building. But overall excellent service!

Pleasant experience checked in my large case for 5 days and collected it all intact no problem at all. Great to store it with Bounce . Made life alot easier .

The venue is at the 8th floor. Staff is very accommodating and has a pleasing personality. It is better if the venue could open a little earlier. But had a wonderful experience in safe keeping my belongings.

Staff was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. Handled my luggage with care and left me worry free while I explored up until my hotel check in time. Wanna thank the staff for letting me pickup my luggage before the store opened. This place is not open til 11am so make sure you are ok with that.

Friendly and easy to get to from Hakata station. Only thing would be to put in description or after the name that this is not a cafe on the street. Took we a while to find and it was on 8th floor of a building.
