The staff were all polite and friendly. However, they were busy with their main job of taking orders, so I had to wait a long time to pick up my order.

Drop-off was very smooth. Collection was a little eventful as the shop was closed when we arrived and we initially couldn’t reach the staff. Fortunately, the shop responded later and came back within 10 minutes, so we were able to collect our luggage. Looking back, we realised we arrived about 2 hours earlier than our stated pick-up time, so it may have been better to message the shop in advance. Overall, the issue was resolved quickly and we appreciate the staff’s help.

This is my second time using Bounce to securely leave my luggage while I go about my day. It was conveniently located between my accommodation and Hakata Station. The map together with photos of the building facade made it easy to locate the drop off - which was seamless and took seconds. Pick up was a breeze too. Will definitely use this service again.

It is located near Tenjin Station, and it is very convenient to drop off and pick up your luggage just by showing a QR code. It was comfortable to leave my luggage and go about my day without worrying about having to look for a coin locker.
