Easy to find (4F), staff was really nice and helpful. Much recommended!!!

Easy and kind staff.

Very easy and friendly staff

Very convenient and friendly. The location is very good.

The location is good and I feel it is stable.

Very helpful check in staff and easy to find. Convenient location too.

Very easy and very nice staff!

It was marvelous! Staff were very helpful .

Excellent, very practical and it was right next to our hotel

4th floor, there's an elevator. Friendly helpful staff.

They were so kind, it isnt your normal storage, but exceeded my expectayions. Will use their service again.

I arrived at 11 o'clock and it was great that they stored my luggage. The karaoke counter handles it, so don't panic; just come up to the karaoke room on the second floor. The staff are friendly.^^

It was nice being in front of Don Quixote, and it was quiet.

Just make sure when going to the location, the office to store the bags in is inside the red brick parking garage!

Excellent, the shop owner was very welcoming, and it's not far from the station.

Very easy, near the station, and very nice owner

The location of the accommodation is so convenient, and having this luggage storage nearby is incredibly easy – just show the QR code!

Easy to find, convenient, 3 to 5 min walk away from Hakata Station nearer to the bus station going to airport

Thank you..it was amazing

Easy to locate and drop off/pick up.

Very simple and straightforward. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

They also gave me kind advice when I needed to check in more luggage.

On 13th floor, to the left from lift. East drop off

The staff were all polite and friendly. However, they were busy with their main job of taking orders, so I had to wait a long time to pick up my order.

Perfect, nothing to complain about, and the gentleman was really very kind.

Everything went well and smooth. I will use the service again

Drop-off was very smooth. Collection was a little eventful as the shop was closed when we arrived and we initially couldn’t reach the staff. Fortunately, the shop responded later and came back within 10 minutes, so we were able to collect our luggage. Looking back, we realised we arrived about 2 hours earlier than our stated pick-up time, so it may have been better to message the shop in advance. Overall, the issue was resolved quickly and we appreciate the staff’s help.

This is my second time using Bounce to securely leave my luggage while I go about my day. It was conveniently located between my accommodation and Hakata Station. The map together with photos of the building facade made it easy to locate the drop off - which was seamless and took seconds. Pick up was a breeze too. Will definitely use this service again.

It is located near Tenjin Station, and it is very convenient to drop off and pick up your luggage just by showing a QR code. It was comfortable to leave my luggage and go about my day without worrying about having to look for a coin locker.

Very friendly staff and a good location. Easy to find!
