It is located on the 13th floor of the building right in front of Exit 5 of Tenjin Minami Station. When I arrived on the 13th floor, I was flustered because I didn't know where to leave my luggage. It turned out that I was supposed to drop off my suitcase in a classroom at a real estate academy located at the far left end after getting off the elevator. It seemed like the real estate academy was earning extra income through luggage storage as a side job. When I first entered the office, there were several staff members, but they were all working at their desks and didn't pay me any attention. Thinking, "This isn't the right place," I wandered around looking for another spot. Only after I returned to the office and used a translator to ask, "I've come to store my suitcase via Bounce, where do I go?" did a man come out and guide me. My luggage was stored safely.

I followed the address but it turned out to be a hair salon. Since there were no Bounce stickers or signs, I wandered around for quite a while. I had no choice but to go inside and ask if it was a Bounce branch, and they confirmed it was. I think putting up a Bounce sticker would help reduce the inconvenience for timid people like me.

If you check in and check out using a QR code, there is no need to communicate. It was great because I didn't have the hassle of searching for coin lockers.

It’s close to Takeshita station. If you stay near the station, it’s really convenient. It’s on the 2F, you may need to carry your luggages to 2F. The entrance is small, but they put the national flag of Nepal that makes it easy to find. The staff of the store is very nice.

We booked for the wrong number of items, so after you recount, just go in the app to the booking, click Update Booking, and add the items. And then just show him the updated booking and he will confirm on his side. Also directions; When you arrive at the building, go around the right side (towards the bridge).
