Thank you for allowing me to safely store my luggage at a place close to my accommodation where the service was friendly. I will definitely use this service again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

Took me a while to find it. Staff was quiet friendly and helped me even though there was a language barrier.

Our 29-inch suitcases didn't fit in many of the lockers (there wasn't any space either), but there were people here to look after our luggage. We just had to pick it up when we got to the airport, which was very convenient. The staff were also very friendly.

Lift access to L4 making it easy to reach. The kind sir also took photos of the suitcases. I had a problem where I left my phone on checkout and he kindly put it in a safe place on the ground floor.

It's the innermost office on the left side of the 13th floor! When I mentioned it was a bounce reservation, they processed it right away. It might be a bit tight for those traveling on later flights, but it was so, so convenient for me!!
