Its near the metro station. It's an office. Things look secure.

It is located on the 13th floor of the building right in front of Exit 5 of Tenjin Minami Station. When I arrived on the 13th floor, I was flustered because I didn't know where to leave my luggage. It turned out that I was supposed to drop off my suitcase in a classroom at a real estate academy located at the far left end after getting off the elevator. It seemed like the real estate academy was earning extra income through luggage storage as a side job. When I first entered the office, there were several staff members, but they were all working at their desks and didn't pay me any attention. Thinking, "This isn't the right place," I wandered around looking for another spot. Only after I returned to the office and used a translator to ask, "I've come to store my suitcase via Bounce, where do I go?" did a man come out and guide me. My luggage was stored safely.

Open all week, even on Sundays, with convenient hours. Very efficient drop-off and pick-up! You're dropping off your bags at the front desk of a business office located at the end of the hallway on the 13th floor. They keep luggage inside their workspace, send pictures of where it's stored, and even reply to messages on the Bounce app.

The location was good, but I had a little trouble figuring out what kind of shop it was right away. Nevertheless, the process of dropping off my luggage was very convenient, and I was satisfied that I could store it safely.

It is located on the 2nd basement floor of the Fukuoka One Building. All you have to do is show the staff the QR code, and that's it! Haha. It was so convenient!

We booked for the wrong number of items, so after you recount, just go in the app to the booking, click Update Booking, and add the items. And then just show him the updated booking and he will confirm on his side. Also directions; When you arrive at the building, go around the right side (towards the bridge). There is a bounce floor sign and an elevator. Take it to the 5th floor jBar. He will come help you.

I booked accommodation nearby but couldn't store my luggage, so I searched around and left it here. I was hesitant to go because there were no reviews, but the owner was so kind that I was able to leave my things comfortably and go sightseeing.

At first we were confused on where it was but it is located and managed by a friendly man on the 5th floor that is a bar. He is so sweet! You check in and then he holds it for you. Be aware that he can only hold it until 4pm or 5pm so please as him. We were only there for an hour and had to leave due to an emergency, but he was easy to contact through bounce checkin and was so so sweet. Will come back to drink haha

Booking through Airbnb offers discounts, and there's no need to worry about luggage storage space at the subway station. The in-person operation is more reassuring than inserting coins yourself. However, the translated website instructions are not clear enough (e.g., the size requirements for various luggage types should be provided; changes and cancellations are also unclear). Overall, I'm very satisfied with this luggage storage solution and will definitely use it again in the future.

It was comfortable. However, it would be better if there were a sign near the cafe entrance indicating that this is the Bounce luggage storage location. The lockers weren't displayed separately, so I wandered around a bit. Other than that, the staff were really kind, and since I was there anyway, I had a coffee which was delicious, so I was happy! Thank you.

If you check in and check out using a QR code, there is no need to communicate. It was great because I didn't have the hassle of searching for coin lockers.
