Discover Hakata Station luggage storage

The owner is kind, and being on the first floor is a huge advantage. It’s too much trouble to go up and down the stairs carrying heavy luggage.

Very easy, near the station, and very nice owner

Easy to find, convenient, 3 to 5 min walk away from Hakata Station nearer to the bus station going to airport

Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Hakata Station. I found it very convenient to use.

It’s easy to find if you use Google Maps, but it takes quite a bit of walking. I went because there were 3 bags and they were 5,000 won each, but if I were only buying two, I would just use the one at Hakata Station that costs 10,000 won each. The elderly owner was very kind.

It's easy and smooth for the process.

Useful, simpler than the Coin Lockers and it was easy to book.

It's great because it's close to the station and affordable! The owner kindly guides you.

Excellent service 🫶🏼

Very simple and straightforward. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

The staff were all polite and friendly. However, they were busy with their main job of taking orders, so I had to wait a long time to pick up my order.

easy drop off and pick up! near the station as well so less hassle

Simple and convenient to scan with QR codes. Highly recommended; you can get one during business hours.

The kind service left a good impression.

They are very kind. Actually, I was a bit late dropping off and picking up my items, but they handled everything well. There is also someone fluent in English, so communication is good.

Friendly service, really good

I arrived at 11 o'clock and it was great that they stored my luggage. The karaoke counter handles it, so don't panic; just come up to the karaoke room on the second floor. The staff are friendly.^^

The location service is great~~

It's very convenient as it's close to the station, and the service staff are extremely friendly.

Fast and easy pickup and drop off

I received smooth and very pleasant service! I was also grateful that they offered me the restroom to use.

They are kind. It's good. Opens at 11:00 sharp.

Easy to locate and drop off/pick up.

Thank you so much. You took great care of me. I intend to use your services again in the future.

It is conveniently located near Hakata Station, and it is not complicated to pick up luggage and call a taxi to get around. The staff member is very kind.

Everything good. Just a little difficult to find the place.

This was my first time using this service. Since I had a suitcase, I didn't have to worry about the size like with coin lockers, and it was very convenient and smooth. It seemed like you could also complete the procedure on the spot, but I made a reservation and payment in advance, which made it significantly smoother! I highly recommend it.

It was convenient to be able to leave my heavy suitcase. The location is great!

Our 29-inch suitcases didn't fit in many of the lockers (there wasn't any space either), but there were people here to look after our luggage. We just had to pick it up when we got to the airport, which was very convenient. The staff were also very friendly.
