The staff handled the process efficiently, and both drop-off and pick-up were hassle-free. Security: This is probably the only area that could be improved. The luggage is stored in the barber shop’s reception area and is visible. It would feel more secure if the bags were kept in a hidden or dedicated storage space. Overall: A very convenient and easy option for short-term luggage storage near Hakata Station. With a slightly more secure storage setup, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

It's a 5-minute walk from the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station. Sending and receiving items via QR code is quick and easy. The owner is friendly and allows you to use the restroom.

We originally wanted to leave our luggage at our hotel but that didn't end up working. So last minute we needed to find somewhere to store our luggage and found this. It turned out to be quite easy and the owner of the barber shop was very fast and accommodating. It's straightforward, opens quite early, not too expensive and you know your stuff is in good hands.
