Thank God I booked with Bounce. The coin lockers in Hakata station are all taken and I see many people going around hunting for empty ones. This location is about 200m from east exit. Not too far but because it was drizzling, it made it slightly unpleasant. Boss was quite chill and stopped cutting his customers hair and came over to receive our luggages. Scanning our qr was easy and he went back to his work after that. Recommend to take a picture of your luggages before leaving for easy retrieval later.

Store was very close to Hakata station. I wasn’t sure what the location was at first but the barbershop was easy to find and the host waved us in for check in. Overall very good service and made for easy traveling outside of Kyushu. Would recommend.

I was able to receive assistance from a Japanese staff member inside the ``Hair Salon Hakata'' store. I was able to place it inside the store where the staff could keep an eye on it. (Aside) Although I was able to access the surrounding area based on the map, I got lost at the entrance of the depository. Also, this point was only written in English, so I was a little nervous when using it. I am posting this because I hope that by sharing my experience, I can alleviate some of the concerns of those who are considering using it in the future. I have posted a screenshot of the store entrance for your reference.
