I had a little issue with the timing but in the end it worked. Timing to drop of baggage is 11am-6am. I had issue because the earliest JR Nanakuma line can get me there at 5.45am and some of the exits will not be open yet. I found out the Chikushi exit is open 24 hours and that is the closest to this establishment. But in the end I took an Uber and it was expensive 🥲but gave me a peace of mind because I made it on time. The staff was already closing up when I arrived ard 5.30am++.

Convenient and quick got my luggage back with no issues

Even though there were no reviews, we took a chance with this place because it was cheaper than the other luggage storage places around Hakata Station. We were worried at first because there is no sign for “Bounce” anywhere and the location is actually a Karaoke place called “Big Echo”. We were confused because it was a karaoke, but trusted our bags there and everything worked out smoothly. I’m pretty sure they just stored our luggage inside a karaoke room, but hey. It worked. It was just right outside one of the exits of the station and although the karaoke part was bizarre, drop off and pick up was super easy and smooth and we got our luggage back safe and sound. Reservation online was also very easy and they had very flexible pick up times, which we also appreciated!

The staff were very helpful. The deposit and collection process was smooth and I would like to use the service again.

The drop-off process was straightforward, everything went smoothly and without problems. Highly recommended.
