The process on drop-on/drop-off is very simple and clear. An app literally tells you what to do, and there are signs near the café to help you. Communication with staff: 100/10. All of people here are really nice, ready to help and it was just a pleasure to talk to all of them💜 I would highly recommend this place. Equally as a place to drop your luggage and as a place to stay and have a nice meal in nice company. PS. Coffee here is really tasty!

Safe, quick and easy way to store your lugagge while exploring Verona! You have to go inside the café and ask the waiter (not necessary to book in advance). Friendly service!

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient because it's downtown. There was a bit of confusion with the pickup because they brought us the wrong backpacks twice. Perhaps some labeling system should be implemented to avoid confusion. But making mistakes is human.
