The location was central and easy to find after the taxi dropped us off at Piazza del Erne. The bags were locked away securely in a storage area in the shop and we could enjoy the day browsing Verona. Very convenient and hassle free. Would recommend.

La Nuova Idea is ideally situated near the university. There was a small misunderstanding at first because the owner didn't recognize my code, but it was soon cleared up and all was good.

Everything was great, very friendly and attentive. I was even able to use the bathroom and toilet, which was fantastic after an overnight bus journey. My luggage was safely stored within sight of the reception desk.

Great baggage storage

Great communication with staff, really easy drop off and pick up. Cafe owner even called us a cab to the airport. Brilliant - it really made our day trip to Verona on the way back to the airport so easy. Food and drink in the cafe were also fab.

They have a locked room next to the bar and it is monitored constantly. Felt very comfortable leaving our luggage. Retrieved it without issue. Would use again.

Very easy process and the owner is great

Excellent service. Caffè degli Artisti is a great place to store your suitcases while visiting the arena and surroundings.

This cafe bar was close to the Castelvecchio and my Airbnb place so it worked out for me. The nice lady offered to help me get a taxi to the train station since it was too hot to walk to it.

The location was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I thought that our bags would be in a locked storage area but they were stored alongside a lot of other bags in an open area in front of the reception desk. The reception staff could monitor this area constantly but I would have been happier if it was a locked room. It's a great service though being able to leave your luggage somewhere if you've got hours to wait for a flight and it was good value.

Drop off was quick and easy, bags were put in a locked room. An easy 10 minute walk to the train station, so very convenient location.
