Very friendly staff. Good location and open late. It's also a great place to grab a bite to eat.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient because it's downtown. There was a bit of confusion with the pickup because they brought us the wrong backpacks twice. Perhaps some labeling system should be implemented to avoid confusion. But making mistakes is human.
