  • This Bounce drop off spot is totally worth it. We felt secure to leave out belongings in there, the staff was super helpful and nice, and the best detail is that the room where you deposit your luggage has free access to a clean and well kept rest room. Congrats to the staff that run this.

  • The process was quick both for dropping off and picking up my luggage. On both occasions, I had to show my reservation. Additionally, they took a photo of it so they could easily locate it when I picked it up. The location is convenient, as it's right across from the Arena di Verona, just steps from the bus stop.

It’s a nice restaurant too which is convenient if you need something to drink or eat before your travels. They helped us with booking a taxi, which was amazing!
