Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Your luggage is brought to the back of the restaurant behind closed ‘only for staff’ door. It’s a nice restaurant too which is convenient if you need something to drink or eat before your travels. They helped us with booking a taxi, which was amazing! Would definitely recommend this place for luggage storage and dinner.

The lady was very helpful, service was fast, efficient and easy. Great that it's open on a Sunday as others were not. The location is very central, though a little tricky to find at first as the postcode took us somewhere else. Would definitely use again.

We had a great experience using bounce storage luggage and visiting the cafe BuonGusto, service was very friendly, luggage drop off was quick and efficient and we even stopped by for cappuccino which was delicious! We were also given some free apple cake which was super tasty. Thank you so much for the great experience :) we really recommend

Absolutely no issues. The restaurant is open from 8:30 until late evening, and the location is decent for both the old town and Porta Nuova station.
