Top 10 Bounce luggage storage locations in Charlotte

This was an absolutely wonderful and convenient service not far from the Charlotte train station! It was just such an easy on-the-fly experience. This is a great place to store your belongings safely to explore the city for a while if you're waiting for a bus or in transition to a next destination. This is a private business. They were very friendly and professional. I've been looking for bag drop locations when I travel and this was the first time I actually found something of it's kind. I will definitely be using these services again any time I'm back in town.

They did not seem quite prepared for us to drop off and were not able to scan our bag. Wish they were open longer hours.

They didn’t know what Bounce was at first but Bounce included a very helpful “Instructions” section where the UPS employees can easily read and then easily figure out how to properly have the bags. The staff was surprised at how simple it is and were happy to learn something new.

Very easy to get in and out of the store. The process was still new to the staff, but I didn’t have any problems and felt like my luggage was secure. Would definitely use again!

People for UPS still don’t know the service, but they were kind enough to call and ask a manager and provide the service. I’m sure next time will be better ;)

It was good, this location wasn't exactly sure what to do to check us in or do with our stuff. Once they figured it out it was good.

Bounce was an extremely new service for this location. When I brought my suitcase, they weren’t even sure it was legit lol. But, a particular employee, Rocky, went above and beyond to make sure he learned about this great service and was able to taken my bag. I really appreciate this service and Rocky as well.
