The staff at the UPS Store were so helpful and kind. It felt like a safe location. Also, I had a painting that I'd been carrying and they fashioned a tube for it to protect it. Thank you, UPS Store 681, for the excellent service!

Very efficient! Safe neighbourhood - I needed to go to Harvard to watch a sporting event and was very grateful for this location to leave my bags and not have to lug them around! Staff was very friendly and kept the bags secured in back.

The staff were very friendly, and the luggage was stored behind the cashier, inaccessible to others, making it very safe.

No check-in or check-out, you just left your bag and picked it up yourself. Super easy, at least, but not the most secure experience I have ever had. Hard to justify $14 for this service again, I think. But the bags were stored and came out fine, so that's what matters!

Quick and easy for dropping and pickup. There's a couple short-term parking spaces next to it, and it's a fairly quick walk to Harvard Square.
