Very efficient! Safe neighbourhood - I needed to go to Harvard to watch a sporting event and was very grateful for this location to leave my bags and not have to lug them around! Staff was very friendly and kept the bags secured in back.

All good leaving the bags there. Though the attendance was not really friendly once we get there. We felt worried about our luggage for a while
