Awesome first time experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just what I needed to get me through check out time at a rental and bus station end of day transportation.

They were a bit busy when I went in but the wait was no longer than 5-10 min max. Your stuff is stored in the back room. I wasn’t worried about anything happening to it. It was easy to pick up my stuff later as well.

Bags kept safe. No complaints

No check-in or check-out, you just left your bag and picked it up yourself. Super easy, at least, but not the most secure experience I have ever had. Hard to justify $14 for this service again, I think. But the bags were stored and came out fine, so that's what matters!

Store was easy to find. The man just put my two suitcases at the end of the aisle by the back exit. No lockers, didn't lock them up. He said they would be fine and they were. It just wasn't what I pictured.
