Having the option to keep my luggage at the train station was a great convenience without moving it through the city with me. Then picking it up before boarding the train was perfect. The only piece that made it tricky was locating the storage spot. Going to the underground level was fine however knowing that more stores and the luggage storage existed beyond the set of doors to the right that only said parking or exit was deceiving and slightly frustrating. Once I walked through the doors and heard the fountain while remembering other reviews said near the fountain let me know I was on the right path.

Such a great experience!!!! We left a big suitcase and a car seat here for what was supposed to be a three day trip out of town, but we ended up being out of town for 9 days. I was worried about the bags but they were safe and there was no issue :) drop off and pick up were so easy! I will absolutely use this location if I ever need to again and I highly recommend this spot to others! Also, the people here are so kind and friendly! Thank you so much :)

The staff at Caffeteria Letizia e We’re friendly and helpful. The store was busy so both drop off and pick up were hectic. We had cabbed from the train station, and it’s location was in the middle of a tourist thoroughfare, making it hard for cabbie to get through.

Allowed us to access our bags throughout the day so we could wash laundry, reapply sunscreen, refill waters, etc. The store owner was very accommodating and made sure our belongings were secure in the very busy city of Florence and we were able to explore unencumbered!

Despite not speaking Italian and the shop owner not speaking English, we were able to communicate with no issues. The process was simple and easy, and the hospitality was nice. The shop is in a good location. Just make sure to check their timetable carefully and you'll have no problems. Very useful.

So convenient and so quick!! We checked out of our airbnb and realized we had time to bop around before leaving to pick up the car so we dropped our luggage off here and it was easy as pie!! 10/10 recommend!
