It was near train staion. Because of uneven road, it makes you uncomfortable carrying your luggages. But this store is open for a long time, so it offsets those inconveniences. Services was good, too.

It is a warehouse where they leave all their luggage, which they handle with a key. I recommend bringing a chain to tie it to a pillar. Good place, excellent service.

It is a very welcoming hostel. Everybody was friendly and helpful, and the location was awesome, it is really close to the tramway station.

Overall, good experience. Finding the place was a little difficult, if you put the address provided in to maps it takes you to the wrong place (Florence has different coding for street numbers based on residential,business, etc) but if you put in the hotel that it is located it helps (my mistake!). Would use again.

Wonderful service! Exceptional employees. Our bags were safe and well-kept until our return. We also stayed and had a bite to eat before catching our train and the food was amazing. We did not lodge at this location (only used bag storage) but when we return to Florence again we would absolutely stay here! So glad we found it.

Everything went well so far - thanks to the very nice and helpful hotel employees: When we picked it up, the storage room was full of luggage - ours at one point at the bottom. Luckily we weren't pressed for time.
