It's very close to the train station, and mail and pickup are quick; it's excellent.

We love Bounce! We used their services during our stays in Florence and Rome, at three different locations. Each of them had friendly, helpful staff. The experience was smooth and easy, and we felt our belongings were secure and safe. Would definitely use again.

The lockers are located in a hostel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even let me use the bathroom. The process is simple - you book and pay online on a website. The staff scans the QR code you receive and pick up the same way by scanning the QR code. I paid 17€ for 2-3 hours. The price is based on the number of bags you store, not the hours. Regardless, it’s super convenient and worth it.

The address on the app is incorrect. Via Faenza 56, not 88. Otherwise, drop-off and pick-up are extremely easy. The luggage storage is in the hostel's upstairs room. In any case, it's locked with a combination and is only opened by authorized staff.

Ostello Bello is a great hostel, with friendly and informal people and a good central location. It's easy to store your luggage here. Well worth it!
