This is the first time I used bounce and it was such an easy booking process. I did it whilst we were in the building within a minute. Handed over our bags and got a ticket for each bag we had stored. We returned 5 hours later, handed over our tickets and got our bags and left. I will definitely use it again. Great service and a great price

It is bit difficult to find at first.. if you are already inside the station, take escalator to mall below and look for exit near cotton and silk shop. Once out, turn left. You should be able to see bounce written outside if shop

Such an awesome service! Allowing us to leave our suitcases and travel on trains for a few days without getting luggage up and down stairs! You’ll find it on the lower level of the train station near the shops and one of the exits. The staff were really helpful and check in and out was hassle free.

They were really nice and convenient

The location was tricky to find in the underground level of the train station, however the service was smooth and easy! They scanned the QR code from my online booking through Airbnb and gave me the corresponding bag tag cards, which I just had to return and grab my bags when ready. I had 3 suitcases and 1 backpack and they were stored well!

It was easier to find than a lot of people have commented. Take the escalator that is OUTSIDE the main entry to the station, then go down to the right. Super easy to drop off/pick up, and perfect location for someone needing to leave bags after checking out of a hotel/prior to leaving Florence

Great once I was able to locate the shop

The price is good, and booking online is incredibly easy. We had no trouble finding the shop. From the Santa Maria Novella bus stop, you cross the street and go straight down a ramp to the right floor. Walk past the fountain, and the shop is a few meters further on the right.

Communication with the staff was very quick. The only difference was that they didn't take a picture of my suitcases; it was simple and made me feel safe leaving them there.
