It was kind of easy to find it when you know it is underground, go downstairs, pass one door after some restaurants on the right hand side, then on the right as well, near by the street, at the beggining of corridor, before all the shopping area you find it.

We had a great experience. The place is easy to find, storage seemed seccure, and they had many employees so it is quick to leave the bags and then collect them, even during busy hours (we went around the time everybody checks-out from hotels and the queue moved fast). I recommend booking the service before leaving the bags if you want to be really quick.
