A little tough to find amongst all the shops in the station. Look at photos of the place before you go so you know what you’re looking for exactly because it’s not so clear that they do baggage storage judging the signs on front of their store.

We are so lucky to have those friendly Florence people to shown us the way to your storage location. Overall, is a 5 stars on your services. It was my first time using Bounce and was a bit apprehensive but the shop owners were so nice. Loved the lady there who was playing with my daughter. Anyway it was easy to find, on the -1 level. Super easy process. Definitely book before going to the shop. Highly recommend. Super convenient for our day trip to Florence on the way to Rome from Venice. Very convenient that it is inside the station! Very friendly staff. I only recommend that they put that the location is on the ground floor. Since we asked and no one could tell us where it was.

Perfect place, on lower level of the train station, easy check in and out, locked room inside the store for the luggage

The delivery was quick! It's located underground in the station, so it's very convenient. It would be even more helpful if the address was written more clearly. (I got a little lost because I didn't realize it was underground.)
