Luggage storage Inside Florence Train Station

Such an awesome service! Allowing us to leave our suitcases and travel on trains for a few days without getting luggage up and down stairs! You’ll find it on the lower level of the train station near the shops and one of the exits. The staff were really helpful and check in and out was hassle free.

They were really nice and convenient

The location was tricky to find in the underground level of the train station, however the service was smooth and easy! They scanned the QR code from my online booking through Airbnb and gave me the corresponding bag tag cards, which I just had to return and grab my bags when ready. I had 3 suitcases and 1 backpack and they were stored well!

It was easier to find than a lot of people have commented. Take the escalator that is OUTSIDE the main entry to the station, then go down to the right. Super easy to drop off/pick up, and perfect location for someone needing to leave bags after checking out of a hotel/prior to leaving Florence

Great once I was able to locate the shop

The price is good, and booking online is incredibly easy. We had no trouble finding the shop. From the Santa Maria Novella bus stop, you cross the street and go straight down a ramp to the right floor. Walk past the fountain, and the shop is a few meters further on the right.

Communication with the staff was very quick. The only difference was that they didn't take a picture of my suitcases; it was simple and made me feel safe leaving them there.

Great location inside the shopping galleria of the train station. No need to go outside from the trainstation. Just go down to the -1 Level and you will find the location. Delivery and pick up went smoothly. Highly reccomemded.

Everything was fine, but it was hard to find because the GPS directions were going in the opposite direction. Otherwise, perfect.

Very convenient and simple. I installed the app, booked a time and paid. Then I just arrived and left my bag. Regarding the location - thank you very much to the previous customers who left good instructions. Without them, we would not have found this storage room.

Easy drop off and pick up process.

The whole process was really simple from completing the booking, checking in the luggage and final pick up. Storage was very secure and the staff were professional and efficient. The location of the storage facility was also excellent being right below the train station. I would highly recommend this facility for luggage storage.

Very easy and quick

The process was easy—just show your QR code, drop off your luggage, and get a number ticket. They even double-checked the pickup time for confirmation, and were friendly when I picked it up as well. By European standards, friendliness simply means not being unfriendly... Have a safe trip! (However, if you arrive late, they leave your luggage in a busy area! Three sides are glass, and the entrance is blocked by a chair.)
