We had a great experience. The place is easy to find, storage seemed seccure, and they had many employees so it is quick to leave the bags and then collect them, even during busy hours (we went around the time everybody checks-out from hotels and the queue moved fast). I recommend booking the service before leaving the bags if you want to be really quick.

This is the first time I used bounce and it was such an easy booking process. I did it whilst we were in the building within a minute. Handed over our bags and got a ticket for each bag we had stored. We returned 5 hours later, handed over our tickets and got our bags and left. I will definitely use it again. It is bit difficult to find at first.. if you are already inside the station, take escalator to mall below and look for exit near cotton and silk shop. Once out, turn left. You should be able to see bounce written outside if shop
