The staff are very attentive; they attach number tags to luggage to prevent it from being forgotten when picking it up. The location is near the west exit on the basement level of Florence Station.

Easy to find , very close to the Firenze SMN station.

A convenient luggage storage location is located in the basement shopping arcade of Firenze SMN station. There are advertisements for various currency exchange services at the entrance.

Excellent service. The woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended. It's located in the train station on level -1. It's right next to the exit with the fountain and next to a currency exchange.

The only problem I had was finding the place. They have a Bounce sign in one window, but you have to be right there to see it. The people were friendly and helpful, and they were careful to tell us when they closed, so there would be no issue with not being able to get our luggage after 8 PM.

Staff understood English. Allowed me to leave my bulky coat with my bags without issue. Bags were behind a locked door, with a ton of other bags, felt secure.

Everything was perfect 👌!!! Just to let you know, it's on level -1 inside the station, for easier location of the shop.

All good, the experience was quick and safe.

The sign had changed, so I had a hard time finding it. The Hotel Ambasciatori Firenze is clearly visible. It's on the right, just past the Galleria entrance. It's very easy to find, but I had a hard time finding it on my first visit.

My very first experience with bounce so I didn't know what to expect, but the staff was really friendly, and the drop-off and the pick-up went quickly. I left there my luggage for several days, and there was no problem at the pick-up

Since I had some time left before check-in, I left my 4 suitcases at Florence Santa Maria Novella Station and went to Pisa comfortably. It's easy to find if you look at the shops inside Santa Maria Novella Station, take the escalator down to the basement, and turn right.

The location of this bag storage place is great, just below the train station main platform level. I read another helpful review below about how to find this place so I'm repeating it here for others: take the stairs or lift which are on the right after you enter through the main train station entrance down to floor -1. Then, bank left and then right and this place is right before the fountain at the end of the corridor on the left. It was easy to book online and the bag drop and pick up were also smooth. Allow some time ahead of your train as this place is small and if there's a queue of people then you'll be held up. No complaints.
