  • This location is inside Hotel Bella on the 3rd floor (or 4th if you’re from the US). The building has a tiny 1-person elevator and plenty of stairs.

  • Friendly staff, convenient location right by the train station. Only negative the lift was tiny so had to carry up multiple flights of stairs. But we had backpacks so wasn't so bad for us, but if youre not able to carry your bag up then reconsider this location. Otherwise was perfect for us and the checking in and out of the luggage was seamless and friendly

  • Great place to store luggage. It's inside of a hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful! Once inside of the door, you can take the elevator up. Much cheaper than the other option around the corner. 100% recommended!

  • Nadia (hope I’m remembering right!) was super hospitable. She made our last goodbye to Florence special by talking with us in a warm and friendly manner. The hotel is right by the station and has an elevator. You will need to google maps it, and then look for what’s around it as it isn’t very well signposted - but we found it fine. The convenience added by having our luggage stored at hotel Berna was great, we had time for a coffee a sit down and used the facilities before heading to the busy station to catch our train. Skip the anxiety of an early journey by storing your luggage here. Because of our warm welcome, I will consider staying at Hotel Berna in the future!

  • I had a very good experience with storing my baggage for a few hours in Florence. The service was good, quick and friendly. The bags are stored in a room adjacent to the reception. The hotel is in the 3rd floor with a very narrow elevator and did not face any issues. To help a bigger bounce sign can help to find it easily. Can enter the building only when someone buzzes you in
