It was my first time using Bounce and was a bit apprehensive but the shop owners were so nice. Loved the lady there who was playing with my daughter. Anyway it was easy to find, on the -1 level. Super easy process. Definitely book before going to the shop. Highly recommend. Super convenient for our day trip to Florence on the way to Rome from Venice. Very simple booking online. Just dropped off the bags on the second floor, got a ticket and left. With pick up, we had huge delays with our trains and only a few minutes to spare. We were very worried and decided to message them via the app if they can help us out in anyway to check out as quick as possible. When we got there our bags were outside and the lift was held for us. Not a second lost!! We greatly appreciate bounce as a company and we made our train in the Knick of time!!! 5 stars!!!

I had a very good experience with storing my baggage for a few hours in Florence. The service was good, quick and friendly. The bags are stored in a room adjacent to the reception. The hotel is in the 3rd floor with a very narrow elevator and did not face any issues.
