- Excellent location and convenient to the Florence train station. We used it twice. Manuel is so kind. Very helpful. He’s the reason we went twice. The other guy though - a jerk. Lied to us. After a long trip, upon arrival I asked to use the restroom and he said none available only in booked rooms.

- The delivery process was very easy and the staff very friendly (the hotel elevator was out of order and they helped me carry my suitcase down from the second floor). They're also just steps from the train station.

- Good! But very hard to find. Do not follow google maps. Click on the link provided by the host. Then save an image of your map, navigate from there. It is not on the Main Street or at Pitti palazzo but in a square inside a set of buildings.
