Location is close to the train station. It does require taking 1 flight of stairs or an elevator. However, it was a quick and easy pickup and drop off process. The woman at the desk greeted us and was fully prepared for us. Great experience!

Directions to the place were not easy, but the rest of the process was a breeze.

Luggage is handled by the hotel staff. Secure storage. The hotel is ideally located near the train station and tram line T2, which connects to Florence Airport in 25 minutes. Excellent experience!

We left our luggage for a few hours at the Domus Florentiae Hotel in Piazza Santa Maria Novella, just steps from the train station. We booked through the "Bounce" app, and to leave three suitcases and two backpacks from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., we paid €25. The delivery and collection of our luggage was very quick, and the staff was very friendly. To reach the hotel lobby, you have to take the elevator to the first floor.

The site is right next to the metro and train station, so you can confidently leave your luggage and visit the city at your leisure, and best of all, without having to worry about your bags.

We arrived early and they still took our bags well before 8. They were easy to pick up and friendly. Close to train station was a plus.

I would definitely recommend this location. Only a few minute walk from the SMN station, in the SMN church square. I did notice why some people are confused about finding the place... the address "link" that takes you to google maps shows the wrong location. Copy the address yourself and put it into maps and it will take you straight there. It is a in a hotel on the second floor of the building and there is an elevator. Staff was kind and prompt.

You enter through the main door and then go up to the first floor. The staff is courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. When you drop off your car, you'll be given a ticket that you'll need to present when you pick it up. Highly recommended, and the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station.
