  • We dropped off our luggage at midday and picked it up again between eight and nine in the evening. Everything was carefully stored. The service was straightforward, flexible, and very friendly. Accessibility note: There is a long flight of stairs at the entrance. A small elevator then takes you to the hotel reception on the second floor.

  • Everything was very easy and quick. We arrived at the hotel, went up some stairs, and then took a very small elevator that fits three suitcases. On the second floor, the receptionist scanned the QR code that confirmed I had already paid, and that was it—I left. The return trip was just as quick. Some local businesses on the street offering the same service wanted to charge me €30 and €35 for four suitcases, respectively. I paid €21 through Airbnb. For the same thing.
