If you search on the map and take a picture, it will come up right away. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a bounce sign. The staff is very friendly and if you make a reservation in advance, there will be no problem at all. The location is good and check-in and check-out are easy. If you go to Firenze Station, I highly recommend this place.

It's Hotel Dijere. It's on the second floor, so you have to use the elevator. It's in the back alley of McDonald's across the train station. The price is good, and they give you a ticket to leave your luggage, so if you show it, they'll bring it to you right away. The staff is also friendly, so I recommend it.

Quick and easy drop off at souvenir store right opposite Termini station. Luggage is immediately tagged with sticker and locked in a separate room. Will definitely use again!

We just used the Bounce left luggage but didn't stay at the hotel. It was excellent and we shall definitely use it next time we come to Florence. Everything was very smooth and the staff were friendly.

Very simple booking online. Just dropped off the bags on the second floor, got a ticket and left. With pick up, we had huge delays with our trains and only a few minutes to spare. We were very worried and decided to message them via the app if they can help us out in anyway to check out as quick as possible. When we got there our bags were outside and the lift was held for us. Not a second lost!! We greatly appreciate bounce as a company and we made our train in the Knick of time!!! 5 stars!!!

Very easy! It was super quick to get in, drop off my bag and keep on with vacation. We kept our largest suitcase there for 8 days while we continued our trip and it was extremely helpful. Pickup was just as quick and everyone was super friendly!
