Around 5 minutes walking from the train station, easiest way to search is looking for hotel Desiree floor 2. Easy and fast check in with QR code. Get a ticket and come back for your luggage, very convenient for some just passing by and not staying it saves a hotel/Airbnb stay. Highly recommend.

Location was very near the station and very quick check in and out.. Hotel located on 2nd floor and there is elevator but you have to take suggest few steps up in order to access hotel.. but over all a very good experience

I highly recommend using Bounce as well as this storage centre just near Firenze Stazione. I left my bags in storage for 13 days safely and would definitely use this service again!

Everything was perfect. The Desiree Hotel is on the second floor of a building with a vintage elevator. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. I highly recommend it.

So easy to use. There’s an old elevator , small but you can carry a couple suitcases up to the second floor along with two people. Booked online and then once I got there I was given a ticket for when I wanted them back
