I dropped off my luggage quickly and easily and it's also very close to the station.

The staff were friendly, and there were signs for luggage storage at the entrance.

The delivery process was very easy and the staff very friendly (the hotel elevator was out of order and they helped me carry my suitcase down from the second floor). They're also just steps from the train station.

I left my luggage for a while to go to The Mall, and they took care of it without any problems.

So easy!! Just around the corner from the Florence train station. Felt perfectly safe leaving our bags for the day. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

I left my luggage for 2 days and 1 night to go to Cinque Terre! If you are Korean and want to store your luggage for a long time or are worried about losing it, come here~ 2 suitcases for 32 hours were 22 euros! It is operated by the hotel, and there is an elevator just up a few stairs (it is an old-fashioned elevator that opens the door yourself, so be careful to turn the door handle) and the staff is friendly. Since we use the Bounce app, we don't have to communicate much. If you tell them the name of your reservation, they will give you a number and store it for you. The storage method is reliable😁 According to reviews, other places nearby show your luggage and some places give you your luggage if you take it. This place stores your luggage inside so it is not visible, which was nice.
