It was very efficient and the staff was friendly.

I like how accurate the location was. I like that it showed several hours of operation, different locations and different options to different locations and it was easy to use once arrived. It was easy to leave luggage and scan QR code and leave. I felt safe and the customer service was nice. It was a hotel.

I highly recommend using Bounce as well as this storage centre just near Firenze Stazione. I left my bags in storage for 13 days safely and would definitely use this service again!

Everything was perfect. The Desiree Hotel is on the second floor of a building with a vintage elevator. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. I highly recommend it.

So easy to use. There’s an old elevator , small but you can carry a couple suitcases up to the second floor along with two people. Booked online and then once I got there I was given a ticket for when I wanted them back

We dropped off our luggage at midday and picked it up again between eight and nine in the evening. Everything was carefully stored. The service was straightforward, flexible, and very friendly. Accessibility note: There is a long flight of stairs at the entrance. A small elevator then takes you to the hotel reception on the second floor.

Everything was very easy and quick. We arrived at the hotel, went up some stairs, and then took a very small elevator that fits three suitcases. On the second floor, the receptionist scanned the QR code that confirmed I had already paid, and that was it—I left. The return trip was just as quick. Some local businesses on the street offering the same service wanted to charge me €30 and €35 for four suitcases, respectively. I paid €21 through Airbnb. For the same thing.
