- Nadia (hope I’m remembering right!) was super hospitable. She made our last goodbye to Florence special by talking with us in a warm and friendly manner. The hotel is right by the station and has an elevator. You will need to google maps it, and then look for what’s around it as it isn’t very well signposted - but we found it fine. The convenience added by having our luggage stored at hotel Berna was great, we had time for a coffee a sit down and used the facilities before heading to the busy station to catch our train. Skip the anxiety of an early journey by storing your luggage here. Because of our warm welcome, I will consider staying at Hotel Berna in the future!
