So easy!! Just around the corner from the Florence train station. Felt perfectly safe leaving our bags for the day. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

The staff at Hotel Desirée were very kind and I didn't have any issues in checking in and out my luggage. The only downside of the location is that is at the second floor of a building and there is just one small elevator so it can take a little longer than other locations at the ground floor on the same road. Overall, mine was a positive experience and I recommend this location as a safe place to leave your luggage.

Very easy to find from the train station. There is an elevator to access the 1st floor to drop off luggage. And the staff is very friendly.

Very friendly and being in a hotel you feel safer

Everything was very easy and fast, both when dropping off and picking up the suitcase.

We left our luggage so we could stroll around in peace. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick. The location was convenient for us as we were coming from the train station. I recommend it!

Friendly staff, convenient location right by the train station. Only negative the lift was tiny so had to carry up multiple flights of stairs. But we had backpacks so wasn't so bad for us, but if youre not able to carry your bag up then reconsider this location. Otherwise was perfect for us and the checking in and out of the luggage was seamless and friendly

Good location near the train station. Small elevator with a tight squeeze of two luggage’s and one person. They store your luggage in their eating area.

Great place to store luggage. It's inside of a hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful! Once inside of the door, you can take the elevator up. Much cheaper than the other option around the corner. 100% recommended!

They were warm and friendly. Too many step in entrance + un organized luggage keeping system ( without track) but I had chamce and I didn't confront with problem

Nadia (hope I’m remembering right!) was super hospitable. She made our last goodbye to Florence special by talking with us in a warm and friendly manner. The hotel is right by the station and has an elevator. You will need to google maps it, and then look for what’s around it as it isn’t very well signposted - but we found it fine. The convenience added by having our luggage stored at hotel Berna was great, we had time for a coffee a sit down and used the facilities before heading to the busy station to catch our train. Skip the anxiety of an early journey by storing your luggage here. Because of our warm welcome, I will consider staying at Hotel Berna in the future!

If you arrive at the hotel early in the morning, the entrance will be open, so you can just go to the second floor.

Easy drop off and pick up, but when we came to pick up our bags, there was no one at the front desk for over 15 minutes and there was no way to contact them.
